Steve is a qualified teacher and has 12 years teaching experience. He has also completed the NPQH course. Steve is a member of the Oxfordshire SACRE and is currently teaching part-time in a local primary school. Steve is also Chair of Governors of The King’s School, Witney.
Steve is married with two children one of whom currently attends the King’s Pre-School. Steve is also Pastor of Bicester Community Church.
Mrs Jamie Izzo
Supervisor
Jamie is qualified to NVQ Level 3 in Early Years Childcare and Education. Jamie’s last post was Senior Early Years Practitioner in a pre-school class of approximately 20- 25 children. She was responsible for the curriculum planning across the 3 classes that spanned children aged 0-4 years.
Jamie has extensive past experience in Sunday school teaching and has had involvement in the leadership of organisations such as Girls’ Brigade.
Jamie is married with two children. Jamie is an active member of the Elim Lighthouse Christian fellowship in Bicester.
Mrs Carolyn Morris
Deputy Supervisor
In the past Carolyn has run a small home-based pre-school. She has a Level 3 Diploma in Pre-school Practice. Carolyn also has many years experience leading, teaching and helping in Crèche and Sunday school, running a Toddler Group and as a Teaching Assistant at the King’s School, Witney.
Carolyn is married with two teenage children and is a member of Bicester Community Church.
Carolyn was acting supervisor for two terms during Jamie’s absence on maternity leave.
NPQH is the National Professional Qualification for Headteachers.
SACRE is Standing Advisory Committee for Religious Education.
