Life, Love and Learning

The King’s Pre-school is excited to be able to offer you the opportunity of sharing in its vision. Our children are the most precious gift that we as parents could possibly be given. Right from an early age we have the responsibility to pass on to them the best possible values and attitudes. At The King’s Pre-school we have a strongly Christian ethos, which emphasizes the importance and value of each uniquely created young child.

The King’s Pre-school is full of LIFE. It is a place where the atmosphere is ordered and well planned, but where the children are free to play, laugh, learn and enjoy the life God has given them.

The King’s Pre-school is a place of LOVE, where the love of God is evident through the love expressed by the staff and parents who support the pre-school.

We want The King’s Pre-school to be a place of LEARNING, where children begin to discover and understand interesting and important things about the world and the people around them.

Children always LEARN best in an atmosphere of LOVE and where there is real LIFE. “LIFE, LOVE and LEARNING.”

We do believe that as parents we are responsible for the development and nurturing of our children. Parents have been uniquely chosen to be the main educators of their child. At this pre-school we resist the persistent downgrading of the role of the parent by society, and the expectation that others will always know what is best, or how to train our children. We do not agree with the continuing culture around us which encourages mothers and fathers to spend less and less time engaging with their children. Therefore we will not pressure you to send your young children to us for more sessions than you believe they are ready for. At this pre-school the well-being of your child is our uppermost consideration, and not the desire for increased income. This is why you can be confident that we have your child’s best interests at heart.

This pre-school is organized and run by members of the churches of Bicester, under the oversight of the Oxfordshire Community Churches, who have a long and successful history of delivering quality education across the county. It is our pleasure to offer to you and your child a chance to join The King’s Pre-school.
